I have practiced law for over thirty years. During that time I have handled every type of case from criminal to family law; from real estate to probate. I have litigated these matters on every level, including Municipal Court, Superior Court, Federal District Court, Federal Court of Claims, State Court of Appeals and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
I am admitted to practice before the California Supreme Court, the United States Supreme Court, the Tax Court, and the Federal Court of Claims. I have vast and extensive experience on the Superior Court Arbitration Panel and as a Judge Pro Tem handling small claims matters, unlawful detainers and traffic.
I have enjoyed my legal career immensely. During my legal career, I have met many wonderful and influential people many of whom are clients, opposing counsel and judges. Many of these admirable people are lifelong friends. I have gained a vast amount of knowledge and experience in my professional career as an attorney, Judge Pro Tem, Arbitrator and Mediator. I want to share this knowledge and experience with the general public and try to make the experience that the general public has with the legal system as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
